I have just downloaded NetSolitaire and now I can't open it, find it anywhere or start it. What did I do wrong?

First, check to see if you have downloaded NetSolitaire to your hard drive:

• Click the Start button, point to Find, and then click File or Folders.
• Find the file with the name that you have downloaded (for example "NetSolit*.exe").
• If you find it, double click on it to run the installation procedure.
• If you don't find the file, download it again by linking to http://www.netsolitaire.com/download.htm
  Try to download NetSolitaire at a different time, preferably when the Internet traffic is "light" (for example: in the evening, at night or early in the morning).
